Great, you have now successfully completed the exercise "Sport with nose breathing" for a week.

You should therefore continue walking without breathing and additionally climb stairs with nasal breathing.

Were you able to increase your steps again? How did you do with running up and down the stairs? Round up if you have worn the magic disk a lot.
