Prices, shipping costs and delivery information
The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
We only deliver within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of 5.94 euros per order for delivery within Germany, a flat rate of 14.27 euros per order within Austria and a flat rate of 16.99 euros per order within Switzerland.
For our magic discs on a chain, we charge a flat rate of 1.90 euros per order for delivery within Germany, a flat rate of 4.40 euros per order within Austria and a flat rate of 3.70 euros per order within Switzerland
The shipping costs are clearly indicated in the shopping basket system and on the order page.
There are no shipping costs for digital content (training courses, etc.).
The flat-rate shipping costs listed above include statutory VAT. As the VAT on the flat-rate shipping costs is calculated depending on the goods purchased, it may be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates (e.g. when purchasing books). This means that the delivery charge can only be finalised during the ordering process. However, it cannot be increased, but only reduced in your favour.
